If I place an order, how long will it take to ship?
Stock orders are shipped same day if they are ordered by 2:00PM CST. All stock orders placed after 2:00PM CST, will ship within 24 Hours.
Please allow 5 business days for custom Tyvek® orders and 10 business days for custom plastic and vinyl. Production time will begin after payment and approval of art work is received.
Does your company ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship all over the world.
What are your company shipping methods?
All orders are shipped by common carrier or freight. Our preferred methods are UPS and FedEx.
Where is the shipping originating for my orders?
Since we manufacture everything we sell, all orders come from New Berlin, Wisconsin.
What if I need to return an order?
You may return or exchange any of our stock wristbands for any reason. However, all stock returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee will apply to all returned items in acceptable condition.
Custom orders are not returnable except for reason of defect. In such cases, we must be notified within 10 days of delivery. Please check all shipments carefully.
Are any of the wristbands re-useable?
All Identiplus wristbands are manufactured with snap or adhesive security closures which are not re-useable.
Can the wristbands be custom printed?
Any wristband can be custom imprinted with just about any color or color combination.
Are the wristbands recyclable?
Yes, all Identiplus wristbands are 100% recyclable.
How are the wristbands packaged?
All wristbands are packaged in white boxes with description labels on the outside of the box.
How can I get samples?
Simply contact your sales representative and samples will be sent to you or to your customer.
The wristbands are packaged in quantities of 250 to 500, based on the selected product.
Are the wristbands numbered?
Our Tyvek® is sequentially numbered. However, if you would like the plastic or the vinyl wristbands numbered it could be supplied for an additional charge.
Can your alert bands be printed in different colors and fonts?
Yes they can. Identiplus has designed and manufactured our alert bands to meet state standardizations. However, other medical care facilities use different colors of bands to meet their own standards. We can meet any requirements you need.
Can I add a barcode or QR code to your wristbands?
Yes, all of our wristbands have Barcode and QR code capabilities.
Are insert cards included with a Pocket-Insert wristband purchase?
Yes, they are included. If you need more than what is given to you with your purchase, you can simply contact your representative or send an email to info@Identiplus.com
Are your Adult/Child wristbands constructed with plastic or vinyl?
They are constructed with a soft vinyl material called Taffeta.
