Stock orders are shipped same day if they are ordered by 2:00PM CST. All stock orders placed after 2:00PM CST, will ship within 24 Hours.
Please allow 5 business days for custom Tyvek® orders and 10 business days for custom plastic and vinyl. Production time will begin after payment and approval of art work is received.

All orders are shipped by common carrier or freight. Our preferred methods are UPS and FedEx.

You may return or exchange any of our stock wristbands for any reason. However, all stock returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee will apply to all returned items in acceptable condition.
Custom orders are not returnable except for reason of defect. In such cases, we must be notified within 10 days of delivery. Please check all shipments carefully.
All Identiplus wristbands are manufactured with snap or adhesive security closures which are not re-useable.

Yes they can. Identiplus has designed and manufactured our alert bands to meet state standardizations. However, other medical care facilities use different colors of bands to meet their own standards. We can meet any requirements you need.
Yes, all of our wristbands have Barcode and QR code capabilities.
